Appointment cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled appointment, and a credit card number is required to hold a reservation.


Group reservations of 3 or more people require cancellation 72 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service fee.

You will be prompted to fill out all of your required forms online prior to your appointment. If for any reason you're not able to fill out the correct forms online, please arrive 10-15 minutes early before your scheduled appointment so you have time to properly read and fill out your forms.

Late Arrival for Appointment

If you are late for your appointment, please be aware that arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a full charge for the scheduled service. To ensure everyone receives their full appointment time, treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.
