Know before you go?

1. Arrive on time

It is important to arrive on time for your treatment to avoid inconveniencing other clients. We strongly recommend arriving around 15 minutes early to avoid potential disruptions and to complete any necessary paperwork, such as a health questionnaire or consent form, without feeling rushed. Arriving early will also allow you to relax and unwind before your treatment. You can unwind in the spa lounge with a glass of wine or simply a glass of water before your scheduled appointment to stay hydrated. We also recommend using the washroom if needed before your treatment so you can relax and there are no interruptions. Review the Late Policy by clicking here.

2. Complete paperwork in advance

We provide online booking, including online forms to complete before you arrive for your scheduled treatment. Filling out your forms in advance will help you completely relax and enjoy the full experience. This also helps our therapist prepare for your appointment by having your information before you arrive so they may adjust anything and have your relaxation room ready for your treatment.

3. Dress appropriately

What you wear to our spa depends on the treatments you'll be receiving. Generally, you should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and shoes that allow for easy movement and are easy to take off if necessary. Your therapist will guide you to the relaxation room and explain everything. During this time, feel free to ask any questions that you're unsure about.  It’s best to avoid jewelry and makeup, as they may need to be removed during certain treatments. If you’re still unsure of what to wear, you can always contact us beforehand for guidance and we will gladly provide details as to what you should and shouldn't wear for your specific treatment.

4. Shower before your appointment

Showering before your visit is important for both personal hygiene and consideration for other guests. Showering removes any dirt, oils, or sweat from your body, which can make the spa facilities less sanitary and less enjoyable for other guests. Additionally, showering before entering the spa helps to open up your pores and prepare your skin for treatments like massages, facials, or body scrubs. This can improve the effectiveness of the treatments and help you get the most out of your spa experience. Taking a quick shower before visiting us is a simple and important step to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for yourself and others.

5. Communicate your needs

Please let the staff know about any specific needs or preferences you have, such as areas of the body to avoid or focus on during a massage, or if you have any allergies or health concerns. Your therapists should be more than willing to accommodate your requests so that you have a comfortable, stress-free experience during your treatment. Reach out to us before you arrive if you have any questions @ 817-239-3956 or by email by clicking here.

6. Turn off your phone

The Eucalyptus Room is a place for relaxation and rejuvenation, and having your phone with you can be a distraction and can disrupt the peaceful atmosphere. To be respectful of others and help create a relaxing environment for everyone, please turn off your phone or put it on silent mode. Ultimately, the goal of visiting the spa is to disconnect from the outside world and focus on your own well-being. Leaving your phone behind or keeping it out of sight can help you fully immerse yourself in the spa experience and reap the full benefits of your visit.

7. Respect others' privacy

From the moment you walk in, please maintain a quiet atmosphere in our spa and respect the personal space and privacy of other clients. Be mindful of your volume when conversing and avoid disruptive behavior. Therapist may be in a session before your scheduled treatment and they may be able to hear what is going on in the lobby or spa lounge if you're too loud. We want to insure that all of our clients are getting the best spa treatment we provide without distractions.

8. Tip appropriately

Tipping is usually expected for spa treatments and is normally preferred in cash, although card or other forms of payment may be accepted. The typical range is 15-20% of the original service price. If you bought your treatment at a discounted price, please make sure and look at the original price of the treatment to tip your therapist appropriately. Although you are not necessarily required to tip, it is the best way to show your therapist that you enjoyed and appreciated their services.

9. Use common courtesy

Use common courtesy and treat others as you would like to be treated. This includes being polite, friendly, and respectful to other guests and spa staff. Dispose of any trash properly, return any borrowed items to their proper location, and leave the spa clean and tidy for the next guest.

Visiting The Eucalyptus Room is an opportunity to unwind and indulge in some much-needed relaxation and self-care. However, to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience, it's important to be mindful of spa etiquette.
